Qeenva sells digital goods — editable template files and the credits used to unlock them — delivered instantly. This policy explains how refunds work and how we keep purchases low-risk for you.
Every template has its own page with the cover thumbnail and a full breakdown of its slides, layouts, fonts and colour palette, so you can see exactly what you're getting before spending a single credit. We strongly encourage reviewing the template page before purchasing a credit pack.
Because templates and credits are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned", all sales are generally final once a credit pack is redeemed or a template is unlocked. By purchasing, you acknowledge you are buying instant-access digital goods.
If any of the following happens, contact us within 14 days and we'll issue a fix, replacement, credit or refund as appropriate:
If you bought a credit pack and have not unlocked any templates with it, contact us within 14 days for a full refund of that pack. Once credits have been used to unlock a template, those credits are considered consumed.
Qeenva never charges a recurring fee. There is nothing to cancel — every purchase is a one-time payment, and credits never expire.
