Qeenva template license

When you unlock a Qeenva template with credits, you receive a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use it as described below.

You may

  • Use templates to create unlimited presentations for personal, business and client work.
  • Edit, adapt, recolour and combine templates freely to fit your project.
  • Present, publish and distribute the finished presentations you create (e.g. share a PDF, present at an event, post the slides).
  • Use them commercially, including in paid client deliverables.

You may not

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the template files themselves (the .pptx), modified or not, including in another template product, marketplace, bundle or "free downloads" site.
  • Make a template available for others to download as a template or stock asset.
  • Claim authorship of the template design itself or register it as your own intellectual property.

In short: sell your presentations, not our templates.

Placeholder imagery

Some templates include placeholder photographs and graphics to illustrate the layout. These are provided for use within your presentations created from the template. They are not licensed for extraction and standalone redistribution. If you have strict brand or stock requirements, replace placeholder imagery with your own licensed assets — it takes a couple of clicks. See image credits.

Fonts

Templates are designed with widely-available system fonts so they render correctly across PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides. Qeenva does not embed or distribute third-party font files; font licensing for your own use remains between you and the font vendor.

Teams

An Agency pack license may be used across a single business or studio, including for client work. For large organisations needing extended or redistribution rights, contact us.

No warranty

Templates are provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any content (including placeholder text, figures and charts) before presenting. See the Terms of Service.
