These terms govern your use of Qeenva (the "Service") and the presentation templates and credits you obtain through it. By using the Service or purchasing, you agree to these terms.
Qeenva offers downloadable, editable presentation templates (.pptx files), unlocked using credits purchased in one-time packs. Use of the templates is governed by the Template License, which is incorporated into these terms.
You may create an account to purchase credits and keep a library of unlocked templates. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and don't misuse, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
Credits are purchased in one-time packs via our payment provider (PayPal). Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, never expire, and are consumed when you unlock a template. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Prices are shown before purchase.
Free templates download immediately. Paid packs deliver a redemption code that adds credits to your account once redeemed. Unlocked templates remain available to re-download from your account.
Digital goods are delivered instantly; our Refund Policy explains when refunds are available. We will always correct genuine problems such as corrupt files or duplicate charges.
You may not resell or redistribute the template files, scrape or bulk-download the catalogue, circumvent the credit system, or use the Service to create content that is unlawful, infringing, or hateful. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
Templates contain placeholder text, figures, charts and imagery for illustration only. Sample numbers, names and quotes are fictional and must not be presented as real. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the content you add before presenting or publishing.
The Qeenva name, site, and template designs are owned by us and protected by law. Your license to use the templates is set out in the Template License. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Service and templates are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qeenva is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
